Prepare your sanctuary.
Five minutes of preparation, and your home is ready for rest.
You do not need a spa-like space or any special equipment. You only need a quiet room and a little softness. We bring everything else.
The room
Three small choices help the room feel ready.
Your five-minute checklist
Everything that helps you settle, at a glance.
- Clear a path from the door to the room.
- Move small furniture and loose items out of the way.
- Close windows and curtains if you are near a busy street.
- Set out a glass of water and, if you like, a cup of tea for afterward.
- Lay out a robe or comfortable clothes to change into.
- Tell us if you would like music, silence, or a scent-free room.
What we bring, what you provide
We bring
- Professional table
- Fresh linens and warm towels
- Calming music and speaker
- Oils chosen with your comfort in mind (unscented on request)
- Everything we need to set up and pack down
You provide
- A quiet room with clear floor space
- A power outlet within reach, if you would like us to warm towels
- Access to a washroom

Building access
Especially for condos and apartments.
- Add your buzzer code, floor, and unit to your booking message after we confirm.
- Let your concierge know we are expected, and leave our name at the desk.
- Tell us about visitor parking or the best place to unload, and which elevator to use.
- If your building has booking rules for moving items, tell us in advance.
How your ritual unfolds
A small ritual of your own
Before we arrive
Light a candle, put your phone on a different floor, and take three slow breaths. This is simply your signal to yourself that the hour has started.
Afterward
Stay in your robe, sip your tea, and let the evening move slowly. There is nowhere you need to be.
Take the guide with you.
A one-page preparation card to keep on your fridge or send to a friend before her first ritual.
Your home. Your ritual. Your time.
Mobile only — we travel to you. Downtown Toronto.
