1. What we offer. The Home Ritual provides relaxation-focused, mobile self-care rituals for women in downtown Toronto. We do not provide registered massage therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or healthcare treatment, and nothing on this site is a health claim.

2. Booking. A request becomes a booking only when we confirm it. Booking details, cancellations, and prepaid rituals are explained in our booking and cancellation policy.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude HST, which is added at checkout. Payment is due [after your ritual / in advance for The Monthly Return].

4. Your space. You agree to provide a quiet, safe room with enough space for the table and access to a washroom. We may decline or end a ritual if the space is not safe or suitable.

5. Health and suitability. Please share relevant health information, including pregnancy, injuries, and allergies, before your ritual. Speak with your healthcare provider if you are unsure whether a ritual is right for you.

6. Conduct. We expect mutual respect. We may end any ritual immediately, without refund, if boundaries are crossed or anyone’s comfort or safety is at risk.
