Booking and cancellation policy
Clear, simple, and fair, so your hour stays yours.
Booking
- Your ritual is secured once we confirm your request by message.
- Please share your address area and any access notes (buzzer, concierge, parking) when you book.
- We arrive within a [15-minute] window of your confirmed time. Your ritual length is not shortened if you are not yet ready, so please be settled by the start time.
Cancelling and rescheduling
- 24 hours’ notice or more: free to cancel or reschedule.
- Under 24 hours: [50%] of the ritual price.
- Missed ritual, or no access to the home: the full price.
- If we need to cancel, we will offer you a new time or a full refund.
Late arrivals
We will wait up to [15] minutes. After that, your ritual may be shortened to respect the next guest, and the full price still applies.
The Monthly Return (prepaid rituals)
- Prepaid and non-refundable once the first ritual is used.
- Valid for [four months] from purchase. Unused rituals expire afterward.
- A late-cancelled ritual counts as used.
- Introductory pricing is for new clients and cannot be combined with other offers.
Conduct and comfort
We may end a ritual at any moment, without refund, if boundaries are crossed or anyone’s comfort or safety is at risk.
Health and suitability
Please tell us about any health concerns, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy before your ritual. Rituals are relaxation-focused, and we may decline to proceed if one is not suitable.
