The Home Ritual

Prepare your sanctuary.

Five minutes of preparation, and your home is ready for rest.

You do not need a spa-like space or any special equipment. You only need a quiet room and a little softness. We bring everything else.

Quiet room prepared for an in-home self-care ritual with linen, candlelight, and water.

The room

Three small choices help the room feel ready.

Space. Choose a room with about [2 m × 2.5 m / 6 × 8 ft] of clear floor so the table can sit comfortably, with room to walk around it. A bedroom or living room works beautifully. Small condo? Tell us, and we will plan around it.
Light. Dim the overhead lights or draw the curtains. Warm, low light helps you settle. If you have a lamp or a candle you love, use it.
Quiet. Close the door, silence your phone, and let anyone at home know this hour is private. Pets are welcome to stay in another room until you are settled.

Your five-minute checklist

Everything that helps you settle, at a glance.

  • Clear a path from the door to the room.
  • Move small furniture and loose items out of the way.
  • Close windows and curtains if you are near a busy street.
  • Set out a glass of water and, if you like, a cup of tea for afterward.
  • Lay out a robe or comfortable clothes to change into.
  • Tell us if you would like music, silence, or a scent-free room.

How your ritual unfolds

[15 minutes before]We message you that we are nearly there.
On arrivalWe greet you, set up quietly, and step out while you get comfortable.
Your ritualBegins when you are ready. Your pressure, music, and pace are always yours to change.
AfterwardWe pack down and leave your space as we found it. Drink some water and take a few unhurried minutes.

A small ritual of your own

Before we arrive

Light a candle, put your phone on a different floor, and take three slow breaths. This is simply your signal to yourself that the hour has started.

Afterward

Stay in your robe, sip your tea, and let the evening move slowly. There is nowhere you need to be.

Take the guide with you.
