Before we arrive
- Choose a quiet room with space for the table, roughly [2 m × 2.5 m / 6 × 8 ft]. A bedroom or living room works beautifully.
- Dim the lights or draw the curtains. Soft, low light helps you settle.
- Silence your phone and let anyone at home know this hour is private.
- Clear a little floor space and set a glass of water within reach.
- Have a washroom available for our use. We will confirm access when we arrive.
- Tell us your preferences when you book: pressure, music, scents to avoid, and anything you would like more or less of.
When we arrive
We arrive within the window we confirmed, set up quietly, and step out while you get comfortable. Fresh linens, warm towels, a considered playlist, and a calm, uncluttered setup are already part of the ritual.
During your ritual
- You remain appropriately draped throughout. Only the area being cared for is uncovered at any time.
- Pressure, music, temperature, and focus are yours to adjust. Just say the word, or nothing at all.
- Silence is welcome. So is conversation. Follow whatever feels right.
- You can pause or end the ritual at any moment, for any reason.
After your ritual
We quietly pack down and leave your space as we found it, only softer. Drink some water, stay in your robe, and give yourself a few unhurried minutes before the rest of your evening begins. If you would like to keep the feeling going, we can book your next ritual before we leave.
